Every staging session begins with a Staging Consultation – which is a complete review of your home’s interior and exterior, using our set of standards proven to maximize your home’s market potential.  Following our review, The Accomplice Group will provide a comprehensive checklist and a detailed room-by-room client planning form to assist you on how to prepare your house for the market.  The report will include an Open House Checklist, so your house is picture perfect on the big day.

Complete Staging Services

Let The Accomplice Group do the work for you!  Depending on your needs, after the initial Home Staging Consultation, a professional Home Stager will spend a specified and agreed upon amount of time getting your home ready to show prospective buyers.  This service also comes with the afore mentioned Open House Checklist.

Shopping Service

The Accomplice Group will create a budget and shop for accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.  Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way to change the look of a room.  We know where to go and have ‘Designer Discounts’ that in turn, pass on the savings to you.
